Core Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Management

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple departments simultaneously.
  • Work in close partnership with hiring leaders to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs and team culture.
  • Craft engaging job postings that align with the company's tone and brand values.

Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls and assess candidate fit based on experience, soft skills, and career goals.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from interviewers, and clearly communicate next steps.

Applicant Experience & Process Efficiency

  • Ensure all applicants receive timely updates, promoting a positive candidate experience.
  • Track pipeline metrics and recruitment KPIs using digital recruitment tools.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations.
  • Build relationships with talent communities and maintain a pipeline of future candidates.
