Key Responsibilities: Supporting People with Purpose
Employee Engagement & Onboarding
- Coordinate remote onboarding processes, including document preparation, scheduling, and orientation support.
- Maintain records of training activities and distribute follow-up materials
- Assist with remote new hire welcome programs to promote a sense of belonging
Administrative Support
- Manage digital HR files and ensure accuracy in employee records
- Prepare reports and maintain trackers for employee attendance, leaves, and benefits

Communication & Culture
