Key Responsibilities You’ll Drive Daily

Financial Workflow Oversight

• Monitor and manage digital payment processing across various platforms, including Stripe, Payoneer, and ACH transfers.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing, expense reimbursements, and reconciliations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the accounts payable and receivable teams to maintain seamless financial operations.
• Support remote financial planning efforts through real-time forecasting, variance analysis, and process optimization.

Compliance and Control

• Maintain alignment with GAAP, IFRS, and internal audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external consultants for quarterly audits and year-end closings.

Systems Improvement

• Innovate back-end financial operations using tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Zoho Finance.

Vendor and Payroll Management
