Key Responsibilities
Conducting Thorough Claim Assessments
- Evaluate property and casualty insurance claims with diligence and fairness.
- Collect statements, photos, and documentation from claimants, witnesses, and related parties.
- Conduct virtual or in-field inspections when necessary to determine liability and scope of damage.
Preparing Accurate Reports and Documentation
- Draft detailed, timely claim reports that support fair and equitable resolutions.
- Use proprietary and third-party claim systems to track case progress

Communicating Effectively with Policyholders
