What You’ll Be Doing
Navigating Conversations With Compassion
You will serve as a reliable resource for employees and managers, providing thoughtful, timely, and objective support across a wide range of workplace scenarios. Whether it’s addressing interpersonal conflicts, performance concerns, or policy clarifications, your ability to remain calm, respectful, and solution-focused will be instrumental.
Managing Workplace Concerns
- Conduct respectful and thorough workplace investigations
- Evaluate policy violations while ensuring confidentiality and fairness
- Identify root causes and recommend actions that promote harmony and accountability
Supporting Inclusive Practices
- Partner with teams to ensure employee policies reflect equitable and current practices
- Develop and promote programs that encourage inclusive team dynamics and psychological safety.
- Collaborate with DEI partners to embed inclusive values into every aspect of the employee lifecycle.
Advising With Integrity
- Provide managers with empathetic coaching on employee engagement, communication, and issue resolution.
- Interpret employment laws and company policies to help leadership make informed, ethical decisions.

- Comfort navigating ambiguity and guiding others through it
