You will oversee the entire lifecycle of employee assistance offerings, from high-level planning to tactical execution and implementation. π― Key Responsibilities
π± Program Development & Strategy
- β¨ Lead the creation and continuous improvement of comprehensive, culturally competent EAP initiatives tailored to a geographically dispersed workforce
- π Ensure EAP goals align with organizational values, DEI principles, and business objectives
- π Conduct regular assessments to measure program impact and adjust strategies accordingly
- π§© Develop scalable frameworks that allow flexibility and innovation in service delivery
π¬ Employee Support Services
- π Facilitate direct access to confidential counseling, crisis intervention, and employee wellness resources
- π’ Launch multi-channel campaigns to increase awareness, visibility, and utilization of EAP services
- π Equip people managers and HR leaders with tools and training to recognize and respond to behavioral health needs in the workplace
- π€ Host webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions on topics such as burnout, stress management, and work-life integration
π Data Analysis & Reporting
- π Monitor EAP engagement metrics, service utilization, and employee feedback to drive performance improvements
- π Develop monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership highlighting trends, challenges, and ROI
- βοΈ Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, FERPA, and other relevant compliance frameworks to ensure data privacy and ethical service delivery
π€ Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
- ποΈ Maintain relationships with third-party EAP vendors, mental health professionals, and wellness partners
- π¬ Coordinate efforts with HR, Legal, and DEI departments to ensure program consistency and strategic integration
- π§Ύ Facilitate service agreements, review provider performance, and maintain quality assurance across all external collaborations
π§ Crisis Management & Consultation
- π¨ Lead response efforts in crises, including trauma, natural disasters, or workplace incidents
- π§ Provide expert consultation to leadership and managers on sensitive or complex employee relations issues
- π Coordinate timely interventions and post-incident debriefings as part of a trauma-informed approach

π§ Qualifications & Experience
π Required Qualifications
- πΌ Masterβs degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Organizational Development, or a related field
- β At least 5 years of experience in managing EAP services, mental health programs, or similar roles within large or distributed organizations
- π Demonstrated expertise in behavioral health care, wellness coaching, and employee support delivery
- βοΈ Outstanding communication, empathy, and organizational skills
- π High proficiency in digital platforms for remote collaboration, analytics, and virtual counseling delivery
β Preferred Qualifications
- πΊ Certification or licensure in clinical mental health, social work, or psychological counseling, such as LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent
- π Familiarity with remote-first companies and global compliance standards
- π‘ Experience designing DEI-informed mental health strategies across diverse populations
- π Proven track record in managing provider contracts, quality standards, and program audits
