Key Responsibilities: Turn Vision into Action
As our Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator, you’ll help shape meaningful experiences for employees across geographies. You’ll be instrumental in designing policies, driving conversations, and providing resources that contribute to a more equitable and inclusive organizational culture.
Program Development
- Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic inclusion initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Develop learning resources, campaigns, and workshops to promote cultural awareness and allyship.
- Establish mentorship and ERG (Employee Resource Group) support structures
Data & Insights
- Analyze internal data to identify gaps in inclusion and recommend actionable improvements.
- Track participation in D&I programs and measure impact across regions
- Leverage benchmarking to support progress in inclusive recruitment, retention, and promotion
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a liaison for team leads and employees seeking guidance on inclusive practices.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to enhance equity in hiring and advancement
- Communicate D&I goals and wins through reports, dashboards, and a storytelling campaign.s
