📘 Essential Skills & Experience
- 📅 At least five years of experience in data analytics, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory or team leadership position
- 🧮 Advanced skills in SQL and Python for data analysis and transformation
- 📂 Skilled in using modern data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate complex insights
- 🔍 Proven ability to extract strategic value from large datasets and deliver recommendations to diverse stakeholders
- 💼 Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results
🎨 Preferred, Not Required
- 🌍 Prior experience in a globally distributed or fully remote team
- 📚 Familiarity with DEI-focused analytics or social impact reporting
- ☁️ Hands-on knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse
