๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ Curriculum Design & Development
๐น Design engaging and innovative training content using instructional design models and adult learning principles
๐น Develop comprehensive programs tailored to meet the needs of various business units, including sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
๐น Customize training materials for multiple learning styles and integrate multimedia tools such as video, audio, interactive modules, and case studies to enhance the learning experience
๐ฌ Virtual Training Facilitation
๐น Deliver live virtual training sessions using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx
๐น Facilitate workshops and webinars that foster participation and collaboration across remote teams
๐น Create a welcoming virtual classroom environment that encourages curiosity, engagement, and active learning
๐ Performance Analysis & Program Evaluation
๐น Evaluate the success of training initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, participant feedback, learning assessments, and survey data
๐น Provide feedback reports to stakeholders and suggest program improvements based on collected insights
๐น Track progress against learning outcomes and business impact goals to demonstrate value
๐ฅ Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
๐น Work closely with team leaders, department heads, and HR to identify skill gaps and training needs
๐น Advise management on training best practices, trends, and technologies
๐น Assist in onboarding and mentoring new hires, ensuring smooth integration into company culture
๐ Learning Innovation & Technology Integration
๐น Stay current on emerging trends in learning and development, including e-learning platforms, gamification, and mobile learning
๐น Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
๐น Recommend and test new training software, tools, and content management systems
๐ Qualifications and Competencies
๐ Educational Background & Experience
๐น Bachelorโs degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterโs degree is an asset)
๐น Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training or learning and development roles, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective programs
๐ก Skill Set & Technical Proficiency
๐น Comprehensive knowledge of instructional models and how adults acquire and retain information
๐น Experience facilitating virtual and hybrid learning experiences for a global audience
๐น Exceptional ability to coordinate projects, prioritize tasks, and drive multiple initiatives to completion efficiently
๐น Proficiency with learning technologies, including virtual training platforms, LMS, and content-authoring tools
๐น Excellent written and verbal communication skills
