What You'll Do as a Clinical Documentation Specialist

Accurate Documentation That Makes a Difference

• Translate complex medical notes and verbal inputs into precise, compliant clinical records that reflect the patient's status, treatment, and response.
• Partner with healthcare providers to ensure thorough and complete documentation of diagnoses, procedures, and clinical indicators.

• Stay up-to-date with regulatory and documentation requirements, including ICD-10, CPT, and CMS guidelines.
