Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Leadership

• Shape and implement long-term financial strategies to support company expansion
• Drive fiscal innovation, aligning accountability with growth-minded investments.
• Provide insight to department leads for data-informed operational decisions.

Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting

• Oversee annual planning and rolling forecasts across departments
• Build adaptive models to analyze business scenarios and inform investments
• Evaluate capital allocation, resource optimization, and cash flow management

Compliance, Risk, and Governance

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and evolving regulations
• Establish transparent internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Ensure equity and ethics in financial governance across our distributed team

Executive Collaboration and Reporting

• Partner with the CEO and Board to steer the company’s financial direction
• Lead investor reporting, audit coordination, and executive briefings
• Present timely performance insights that empower stakeholder trust

Tools and Technology Environment

In this remote CFO position, you’ll lead through cutting-edge, cloud-based systems designed for efficiency and security:

• Enterprise platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
• Analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Monday.com)
• Remote-native budgeting solutions and data governance frameworks

Required Qualifications

Experience and Background

• Over a decade of progressive financial leadership, including at the executive level
• Demonstrated success with strategic finance in scaling organizations

Education and Certifications
